Whew! It’s been a minute or two since I last posted, hasn’t it? Lately, I’ve been snapping a bunch of photos in an effort to build up my photography portfolio. Most recently, I’ve been working on more food photography, but soon I’ll be adding a whole bunch of photos with different subjects. So, today, I’m sharing a bunch of the photos I snapped of this tasty breakfast treat. Or snack. Or lunch. Or dinner. I won’t judge.
A while back, I bought a jumbo muffin tin to make Kouign Amann, but since then, it’s been sitting in my cupboard, untouched. So, knowing I had blueberries sitting in my fridge waiting to be used, I took to my buddy Google to see what kind of jumbo blueberry muffin recipe I could find. Trust me, I found a good one. These jumbo blueberry muffins are delicious…and the best part, the sugar crystals on top. So, whatever you do, DON’T skip the sugar crystals!
