Recently, I’ve been working with a food photography client and in an effort to mix up the images that I’m submitting, I’ve been messing around with different backgrounds. This has forced me to discover something.
I’ve gotten waaaaay too comfortable in my comfort zone.
When a white background causes you anxiety, you know you’ve gotten too comfortable.
When you switch to a dark background in the middle of a shoot because you think all the white background shots are crap, you reeeeeally know you’ve gotten too comfortable in your comfort zone.
So, for the next few weeks, I’m going to be brave and work on trying new things.
Medication may be required.
This chocolate chip pudding dessert is one that I’ve had many times, but have never made it until just now. I needed to make dessert for a large crowd and knew that I wanted something that would be easy to throw together and a recipe that doubled easily for serving a lot of people.
This recipe is basically the easiest thing possible. You can buy pre-made ingredients if you choose, or if you’re feeling really ambitious, you can make the whole thing from scratch. No matter how you make it, it’s going to be delicious and everyone is going to love it.
Since I obviously didn’t make this recipe up myself, I’m not going to share the recipe here on my page..people get really mad about things like that. But, if you want to get the recipe, click here.
Enjoy!
And because my newest obsession has become taking pictures of the messes I make while photographing my recipes…
