What does one do when they buy raspberries in order to bake a raspberry clafoutis and upon opening the package, discovers that 95% of the raspberries are past their prime to the point of being mushy? One snaps photos of the raspberries. If I can’t eat them, I at least going to snap pictures of them. Right? Raspberries aren’t cheap, to throw them away would be just like throwing money down the drain!
Even when they’re a mushy mess, raspberries are still pretty little fruits. Their color is perfection…especially against a dark background. So, while I don’t have a tasty raspberry clafoutis, I do have some cool pics to add to my food photography portfolio, so not a total loss!
