You guys. Nutella Hot Fudge Sauce.
Just…
Just…
Yep. It’s that’s good. Picture brownie batter in hot fudge form and that’s what we’re dealing with here.
I’m not even going to bore you with my attempt at witty commentary. I’m just going to send you straight to the recipe. Get in your kitchen now and make this. Pour it over your ice cream, over your cake, over an old shoe if you must…it’s all going to be good.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup coffee creamer (or heavy whipping cream)
- 1/2 cup Nutella
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon butter
Directions
- In a medium saucepan, combine creamer, brown sugar, cocoa powder, and corn syrup.
- Bring to a boil and allow to boil for 30 seconds.
- Remove the mixture from the heat and add the chocolate chips and butter.
- Stir until smooth.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes so it doesn’t melt your ice cream right away and serve.
- Refrigerate any unused hot fudge and microwave slowly to reheat.
- Enjoy!
