I love buying items that interest me in the grocery store and seeing what I can do with them. Sometimes I already have a plan before I leave the store, sometimes I wing it and figure out what I’m going to do as I go. So, when I found these tasty treats in the candy aisle, I knew exactly what I was going to do with them.
I was going to eat them, like a candy bar.
I mean, that makes the most sense, right? Nothing fancy, but still good nonetheless.
Thankfully, I’ve been able to pace myself and not inhale the whole thing all at once. So, when I thought I wanted to share an ice cream recipe, I thought a Nutella milkshake would be a good idea. And then I realized, that a Nutella milkshake with bits of chocolate hazlenut candy bar would be even better…so I did it.
I did it, and it was beautiful.
It tastes like Nutella in ice cream form. Ice cream Nutella that you can drink.
Even if you don’t have the chocolate hazlenut candy bars, still give it a try…it’s delicious.
Ingredients
- 2 large scoops vanilla or chocolate ice cream
- 1/8 cup milk
- 1/4 cup Nutella
- chocolate hazlenut candy bar, optional (I used 4 squares)
Directions
- Into a blender, add ice cream, milk, Nutella, and candy bar pieces.
- Pulse until nicely blended.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
- Enjoy!
Happy Wednesday!
